Women in Leadership 

This training course explores the leadership gap between men and women in the workforce and examines why women remain underrepresented in leadership roles despite their strong participation in education and employment. It highlights the barriers women face, including gender stereotypes, limited professional networks, and work–family conflicts. The course also discusses the valuable leadership traits often associated with women, such as collaboration, accountability, relationship-building, and promoting work–life balance.
